I checked out the beta version of Kango.com today. All I can say is wow!!! This is a great resource for VAs who book lots of trips for clients like I do.

Millions are caught up in the sub-prime mortgage bloodbath. Even if they have normal mortgages, fair to good credit - if it is time to refinance be ready for a whole world of pain. American Home Loan closed their doors and filed bankruptcy this morning putting roughly 7,000 employees out of work and leaving home owners in the lurch.

Some quick advice I follow myself and tell my clients. Pay off all credit… Starting with credit cards, then loans and then make sure if you have a car loan it is financed in the best possible way. Preferably, don’t have a car loan.

All of this may hurt financially, but it can be done. Rather than going for instant gratification, think of all the worry you won’t go through if you keep your financial house in order.

I blog for more than one web site and a lot of my time is used in surfing news sites. My favorite news feed service is NewzCrawler. It gives me just what I want and is totally customizable. Here is the overview:
